Through evidence-based educational programs, public campaigns, and community engagement, RSAP aims to cultivate a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism within the Philippine motorcycling community.

To significantly reduce motorcycle-related accidents in the Philippines by fostering disciplined and responsible riding, ensuring strict adherence to traffic laws, and providing continuous, evidence-based education and training for riders.

To build a nationwide culture of motorcycle safety, law-abiding riding, and advocacy that empowers every Filipino rider to ride responsibly, confidently, and safely.

Founder: Colonel Bonifacio Laqui Bosita Ret.

Col. Bonifacio Bosita

Colonel Bonifacio Laqui Bosita (born November 30, 1966) is a Filipino motorcycle rights activist, retired police officer, politician, and founder of Riders Safety Advocates of the Philippines (RSAP), an organization dedicated to promoting road safety and protecting the rights and welfare of motorcyclists nationwide.

A graduate of Civil Engineering and holder of a Master’s degree in Management (major in Development and Security), Bosita served with the Philippine National Police (PNP), including assignments with the Highway Patrol Group. His advocacy work led him to found RSAP and build a strong online community through his YouTube channel “Colonel Bosita, RSAP,” educating the public on traffic rules and riders’ rights.

Bosita also served as a representative of the 1‑Rider Partylist in the Philippine House of Representatives from 2022 to 2025, advocating for riders’ rights and road safety reforms within government.
