Who We Are

RSAP (Riders Safety Advocate of the Philippines) is a nationally recognized motorcycle advocacy organization committed to advancing road safety, promoting strict compliance with traffic laws, and fostering responsible riding practices throughout the Philippines. RSAP develops and implements evidence-based educational programs on defensive riding, accident prevention, and rider awareness, while actively safeguarding the rights and welfare of law-abiding motorcyclists. Through strategic collaboration with government agencies, private sector partners, and community stakeholders, RSAP endeavors to cultivate a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism within the Philippine motorcycling community, positioning itself as a leading authority in motorcycle advocacy and public safety initiatives.

Col. Bonifacio Bosita

Colonel Bonifacio Laqui Bosita (born November 30, 1966) is a Filipino motorcycle rights activist, retired police officer, politician, and founder of Riders Safety Advocates of the Philippines (RSAP), an organization dedicated to promoting road safety and protecting the rights and welfare of motorcyclists nationwide.

A graduate of Civil Engineering and holder of a Master’s degree in Management (major in Development and Security), Bosita served with the Philippine National Police (PNP), including assignments with the Highway Patrol Group. His advocacy work — particularly on behalf of riders facing unfair traffic enforcements — led him to found RSAP and build a strong online community through his YouTube channel “Colonel Bosita, RSAP,” where he educates the public on traffic rules and riders’ rights.

Bosita also served as a representative of the 1‑Rider Partylist in the Philippine House of Representatives from 2022 to 2025, advocating for riders’ rights and road safety reforms within government.
